HISTORY

It all began in 1994 with a few single–family homes in the Bethany Beach, Delaware area. Today RDM, locally owned and managed, is firmly committed to lower Sussex County Delaware.

We began by building in the area's newest communities, offering new homes with styling and designs that placed them above the “everyday” offerings of other builders...at an affordable price.

RDM's quality and craftsmanship are likewise far from ordinary, and for years have been recognized by consumers, the press and industry peers.
